The Adecco Group Belgium has been named one of the best Belgian Workplaces for the seventh time in a row. The HR-service provider ended up at the seventh place during the official presentation of the ‘Best Workplaces 2019 Awards’ in Brussels. This was announced by The Great Place To Work Institute and Vlerick Business School yesterday evening.
The Great Place To Work Award is a prestigious title that gives companies an independent and objective evaluation in terms of good employment-practices and people-oriented organizational culture. The parameters for this assessment are set by the international Great Place To Work institute, which works closely together with the Vlerick Business School Belgium. By focusing strongly on the growth and evolution of their employees, both nationally and internationally, the Adecco Group was placed seventh in the Belgian ranking of best workplaces with over 500 employees on Tuesday evening.
Nico Reeskens, Country Manager of the Adecco Group Belgium: “Not only the labour market, but also the needs of our employees are constantly evolving. As an international provider of HR solutions, we want to be a pioneer in terms of meeting those needs. The analysis that Great Place To Work makes about us, teaches us how we can maintain that pioneering role. Moreover, it challenges us to constantly improve ourselves, by comparing it with the other companies that are in the top 10. The result shows us that our value-driven policy is greatly appreciated by our employees as well.”
7th time in a row in the top ten.
The Adecco Group takes these studies and parameters of the GPTW-institute into account in its staff-policy. This leads to the fact that it’s not the first time that the Adecco Group wins the Great Place To Work certificate. The HR service provider has been in the Belgian top 10 for seven years in a row now.
Sonia Frey, HR & Legal Director of the Adecco Group Belgium: “At both international and national level, we are inspired by the findings of the GPTW-institute to be a good employer. We believe that transparency and strong internal communication are the core of a Great Place To Work.
Whether the Adecco Group is also eligible at European and International level to be one of the best workplaces is not known yet. This ranking will be announced later this year.
